About these terms
These terms apply when you order goods from VMEP Ltd through this website. They are in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law (principally the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013).

Pricing and orders
Prices on the website are shown in GBP and include UK VAT where applicable. Prices may change without notice; the price applicable to your order is the price shown at the time you place the order. Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination - see our shipping policy.
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline orders at our discretion. A contract is formed when we confirm dispatch.
Bespoke and custom work
Bespoke or custom-made items (flight cases built to a brief, custom pit equipment, etc.) are subject to a separate written quote and order acceptance process. Deposit, lead time, cancellation terms, and any product-specific conditions are set out in that quote. The 14-day distance-selling cancellation right does not apply to goods made to your specification, per the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
