We can CNC cut paneling in a variety of materials in standard board dimensions of 1220W x 2440L and a wide range of thicknesses. We are able to produce the design work for you, or work from supplied DXF files and supply all materials.
We can also CNC cut foam either to supplied CAD files or create the files for you. This can be 2D cutting or 3D foam routing.

What materials can you CNC route?
Hexaboard, aluminium, plywood and plastics. These are the same materials we cut for our own flight cases, pit perches and chassis set-up equipment.
What size panels can you cut?
We cut panelling in standard board dimensions of 1220mm wide by 2440mm long, in a wide range of thicknesses. Tell us the finished part size and we will confirm what it can be nested from.
Can you CNC cut foam inserts?
Yes. We cut foam either to supplied CAD files or from files we create for you, as 2D cutting or full 3D foam routing.
Do I have to supply CAD files?
No. We can work from supplied DXF files, or produce the design work for you from a sketch, a sample part or a description.
Do you supply the material as well as the cutting?
Yes. We can supply all materials, so you do not need to source and deliver board or foam separately.
Can you route parts for a project that is not motorsport?
Yes. We are not restricted to motorsport work and regularly take on projects for individuals and companies outside racing.
How do I get a price for a routing job?
Send the DXF or a description of the part with material, thickness and quantity. We come back within 1 working day with a price and a lead time.
