Heavy and oversized items
Some flight cases and pit equipment exceed the highest weight band shown above. For these we ship by pallet courier - rates are quoted on a per-order basis. Contact us with your postcode and the item you need before ordering.
Bespoke and made-to-order shipping
For bespoke items quoted directly (custom flight cases, pit walling kits, etc.), shipping is quoted with the build and confirmed before production begins.
Lead times
Stock items dispatch from our UK workshop typically within 1 - 2 working days. Bespoke items are quoted with a specific lead time before production starts.
Duties and import taxes
For shipments outside the UK, the recipient is responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees levied at the destination country. These are not included in the prices or shipping charges shown at checkout.
Tracking
You'll receive a dispatch email with tracking information once your order leaves the workshop.
