Statutory rights
Goods sold by VMEP Ltd are covered by your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. If they are not, you have statutory remedies including the right to a refund, repair, or replacement. Nothing in this page limits those rights.
Manufacturer warranties
Many products we supply carry a warranty from the manufacturer. The terms (length, scope, and claim process) are set by the manufacturer of each product. Where a manufacturer warranty applies, we will support you in making a claim where reasonable to do so.

VMEP-manufactured products
Custom flight cases and bespoke pit equipment built in our workshop are quoted with their own terms. Workmanship terms specific to a bespoke job will be set out in your written quote before production begins.
Making a claim
To raise a warranty or product-quality issue, email info@vmep-ltd.co.uk with your order number, the product, and a description of the issue (photos help).
