Where's my order?
You'll receive two emails after placing an order:
- Order confirmation - sent immediately. Confirms what you ordered and the lead time.
- Dispatch confirmation - sent when your order leaves the workshop. Includes a courier tracking number and link.
Tracking through your account
If you placed your order while signed in, you can view your orders at any time, see status updates, and re-print invoices.
Lead times
Stock items dispatch from the UK the next working day if ordered by 14:00 Mon-Fri. Bespoke flight cases typically take 3-6 weeks from signed-off specification - you'll receive progress updates by email for longer projects. See /pages/lead-times for the full breakdown.
Can't find your tracking number?
Check spam / junk folders for the dispatch email. If it's not there, email info@vmep-ltd.co.uk with your order number and we'll resend it the same working day.

International orders
For US, AU, JP, and 29 European destinations, courier transit is typically 3-7 working days after dispatch. Customs clearance for non-EU destinations may add 1-3 working days - we ship DAP (you pay duties on receipt) unless you've requested DDP at quote stage.
Returns & refunds
30 days for unused stock items in original packaging. Bespoke items are non-returnable unless faulty. See /pages/returns-policy for the full policy.
