We design and manufacture seamless pit and exhibition walling systems.
We have some layouts to choose from below, or we can offer complete custom design options including vinyl graphics applied prior to delivery.
Each panel is a lightweight foam cored panel, with a frame manufactured into the perimeter to seal all edges. The panels are attached via quarter turn fasteners from the rear of each panel, with levelling feet supplied for each panel.
We can incorporate shelving for helmets, lighting, TV screens, overhead gantries and anything else that may be required.
All of our walling kits are supplied in purpose built flight cases, with divisions to protect each board and separate storage for corner extrusion and levelling feet. The flight cases are included within each kit price so a complete useable kit is supplied every time.
Kit A: Single Car Garage
Supplied with panelling for one garage area approximately 5.5 x 4m, rear shelving, 2 x tool box areas and 4 x TV's installed.
Includes flight case for transportation.
Kit B: Double Car Garage
Supplied with panelling for two garage areas approximately 6 x 9m, rear shelving each side, 2 x tool box areas, 4 x TV's installed on side walling with centre console with a further two TV's installed.
Includes two flight cases for transportation.
Pit Walling Desks
Pit walling style desks, available with our dimensions below or custom made to order.
Produced from 20mm boarding, quarter turn latched together with radius extrusion at the corners, and on front open compartment.
External dimensions: 1440L x 650D x 1200H mm.
There is an open front storage compartment, with wiring pass through points in the top shelf and rear of desk. The external facing edges of the desk have stainless steel attached.
Each desk is supplied in foam routed, partitioned flight case.
